To impart education in all fields of engineering, commerce, science, arts including law, medical, paramedical and technical, professional, conventional and non conventional area of education on regular and correspondence basis.

To provide training, coaching and research facilities for qualifying competitive exams in the various fields either held in India or outside India.

To acquire, hold, lease hold or free hold land and undertake construction of building or buildings or buildings on rent on order to achieve the objects of the society.

To start various education programs in school, colleges and education centers and apply for necessary permissions/ affiliations with various university state govt., central govt. and national/ international authority or any other authority for the time being in force where its necessary permissions /sanctions requires for running the education program as stated above.

To establish and maintain school, college, hostel, library, archives, reading rooms, placement bureau, museums, exhibition halls, conference room, theaters, canteens and research center etc.

To publish journals, periodicals, bulletins and other publications in furtherance of the aims and the objects of the society.

To co-operate and affiliated with any other trust, society, institution, organization having similar objects.

To hold and manage endowments and to establish awards, fellowship, scholarship, stipends, medals and prizes.

To raise funds and to receive donations grant in aid and to accept loans etc from governmental and non governmental agencies or from any other sources in order to achieve the aims and objects of the society.

To create and promote reliable efficient information and data bank for better preparation of professional, technical, civil services examination and competitive exams.

To arrange /undertake short, intermediate and long term research workshop study circles and tours in the main aim of the working of the society.

To create and promote pool of experts/ professionals to adequately meet the growing demand for consultancy services from the enterprises level onward to national and international level on the issue, science, commerce. Arts, medical & environment.

To initiate proceeding or defend and take all necessary actions for the protection of legitimate rights, interests and work of the society.

Establish and award research fellowship and to finance specific research projects.

To construct/ build/ establish/ acquire/ maintain/ manage/ administer/ run/ purchase/ get hospital. Nursing homes, medical, dental, nursing colleges, clinic, dispensary field welfare center, health center, farms and farms houses, hotels etc.

to purchase/ take on lease/ accept as a gift or otherwise acquire any land or building which may be necessary or convenient for the society.

To precede the society to be registered or recognized any parts of India or any other foreign country or places.

To pay all expenses primary or incidental to the formation of the society and its registration.

For the propose of the society to draw/ accept/ make/ endorse/ discount and negotiate govt. of India and other promissory notes/ notices, bills of exchange cheque and other negotiable instruments.

To borrow and raise money with or without security or on the security or on the security of a mortgage, charge or on the security of hypothecation or pledge of all or any of the movable pr immovable property belonging to the society or any other manner whatsoever.
