Introduction
The increased pressure on the environment is the result of recent economic and Industrial developments of our country. Urban development has resulted in changes in land use that directly affect water resources and eco systems. Literature review indicates that surface water in the country has been mostly contaminated with both organic & Inorganic substances (e.g. Pesticides)
Most of Environmental Problems are due to lack of public awareness and ineffective environmental regulation. As global environmental problems (e.g. Global warming, Ozone depletion, deforestation, climate change) increased. In order to these to enhancing education in environmental science and protection of the environment is our responsibility.
These encountered problems required immediate scientific attention to find appropriate and cost effective solutions. This conference is to bring environmental scientists, academicians, Research scholars, students and industrialist from the all over the country together to exchange experiences and to discuss existing environmental issues. This conference is designed for further strengthen ongoing collaboration between environmental scientists from all over the country.
This conference will provide golden opportunity to develop new collaboration and gather Indian experts on the different topics of environmental pollution. The conference will include invited keynote talks, oral presentation and poster sessions. It will also inspire the next generation of India
Objectives:
· To chalk out strategies for improving environmental quality
· To exchange technical knowledge amongst researchers.
· To identify the research and development needs , which have to be promoted on urgent basis
· To exchange national experience in the long term plan for pollution control

About organizers:
Raj. Education and Research development Society, Jaipur is promoting research and education in all of the Rajasthan State. The Society is registered under the society Act. 28 of 1958. It was established in 2008 and is functioning to improve the quality and aptitude of the students of Rajasthan state towards in all fields of science commerce and Arts by conducting state level talent search examination (SLTSE) every year and awards scholarships to the meritorious students. It also provides free Career Counseling and promotes Research work. The society conducts conference and workshop on different topics.
College of Engineering & Technology, Bikaner is one of the premier technical institution of Govt. of Rajasthan, spread over 100 bigha of land located at karni industrial area, Bikaner. The institution aims to develop close collaboration with industry through exchange of personnel and undertaking consultancy projects & to develop strong collaborations in the country and abroad.

the Jaipur:
Jaipur, the fascinating capital of the marvelous state of Rajasthan, is one of the well planned cities of its time. It was established by the Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh in the year 1727. The graceful architecture of the city that runs across in pink colour has earned Jaipur the title of the pink city Jaipur is predominantly known for its musicians, artists and craftsmen. Today, it is flocked by masses for its fine jewelry, varied textiles and sumptuous cuisine. There are innumerable sagas and stories of Culture, traditions, practices and valour. This diverse land of rich cultural heritage is a royal treat for tourists from all over the world. Some of the most visited tourists destinations include: Hawa Mahal the palace of winds, Amer Fort- Capital of erstwhile Jaipur state. Jantar mantar- the largest observatory, City palace- the residence of erstwhile maharaja of Jaipur, Nahargarh fort- the hunting residence of erstwhile maharajas and jaigarh fort- the artillery storehouse of rajput rulers. Along with these fascinating placed. Jaipur is flocked by people for indulgence in shopping. The famous handicrafts, silver and gold jewelry, precious and semi precious stones, beads and jewelry, blue pottery products, carpets and textiles are the most preferred ethnic items.
Jaipur is well connected to other parts of the country through air , rail and road, it is located approximately 270 KM south of Delhi and 250 KM. West of Agra and is very well connected by air to all important metropolitan cities of India. There are regular train/ flight services to all major cities of India. In the month of November, the climate is pleasant with minimum temperature 10-200 C.
Awards:
Organizers are pleased to announce Young Scientist Awards. Eligibility for the same is that scholar / Academician should not more than 35 years old on January 31, 2011 evidenced by birth/ high school certificate. Paper for YSA should not be authored by more than two authors.
Call for paper and Guidelines:
Paper will be selected for presentation on the basis of review of abstract. Participants are requested to submit one hard copy of full length paper along with a soft copy not exceeding ten pages of A-4 size paper typed in single space ( Times new Roman 12 font ) using MS Word .Soft copy should be sent at email/in CD . Authors are requested strictly to adhere to the following dates.
(1) Last date of Submission of Abstract : 25th OCT., 2011
(This should include the title of the paper, keywords, and authors full name, designation with address, corresponding author and email address)
(2) Communication for acceptance of Abstract : Within one week after submission of abstract
(3) Last date of submission of full length papers : 5th NOV, 2011
The detailed schedule of the conference will be issued to all the participants at the time of registration on November 20, 2011. Academician from universities, Colleges and Research Institutes, Industrialists, Administrators, Engineers, Research Scholars, P.G., U.G. Students, as well as other interested persons are eligible to participate in the conference.
